The HRBP role is responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several of the following: recruiting, training, and labor relations. This job has a focus on talent acquisition tasks from sourcing till the completion of an on-boarding process.
To provide the strategy and planning for the successful execution of all programs, systems and processes in all of the Human Resource disciplines as well as in the area of employee relations for all employees in the field.
