The HR Business Partner will be responsible for full function human resources management for retail staff in Taiwan
The Learning & Development Leader will report to Country HR Leader, looking after training program design & execution upon the performance in retail operations.
<ul><li>The Manager of HR and ADMINISTRATION is a strategic and tactical "hands-on" position<br />responsible for leading the human resources function at our Taiwan site, the HR manager will manage the<br />organizational design, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations,<br />talent acquisition, contingent workforce, employee engagement & retention, and legal compliance.<br /><br /></li></ul>
<ul><li>We are looking for an HR Payroll & Benefits Operations (Sr.) Manager oversaw the HR daily operations, for example, the newly onboard module, attendance, payroll, insurance module, exit module, employee actions, etc. of our Human Resources department, and provided support to our people managers and employees.</li></ul>
