The role of the HR Manager is to implement HR projects in Taiwan to further develop the current HR structure.Due to the high growth and the increased requirements to position the company well in terms of HR, further topics are implemented in addition to the day-to-day business to support the corporate strategy.

Job Description

  • To support in the implementation of HR standards and processes for the entire HR department in close coordination with the headquarters, like recruitment, performance evaluation etc.
  • Planning and implementation of HR projects in cooperation with the headquarters, for example on the topic of cultural development and in order to successfully implement the HR strategy.
  • Mentor and guide team members throughout project lifecycles
  • As strategic partner for executives (Taiwan and HQ)
  • To support all other tasks which assigned by HR Director - As the deputy and provide support to the HR Director.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar position
  • Proven experience managing large-scale HR projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of cultural differences and a hands-on mentality
  • Relevant experience in Taiwan labor law
  • Ability to negotiate in written and spoken English
  • SAP experience is a must
