Job Description

The person will be responsible for but not limited to:

Staffing and Mobility

  • Sustain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation model with people-related contracting agencies.
  • Partner with global and regional HR colleagues to drive excellent transition logistics for employee mobility across and within the company.



Employee relations

  • Act as HR investigator to hold employee accountable and complied with both internal and external procedures and policies.
  • Conduct investigation, consult, and partner withthe regional investigation team, compliance, and legal stakeholders to deliver the best results.
  • Lead and guide employee relation committees including labor, welfare, HSE, etc.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are fully complied with labor laws and regulations.



Payroll, HRIS and operations

  • Manage the accuracy and consistency in end-to-end payroll processes with the cooperation with vendor.
  • Owner of employee inquiries to HR under full spectrums of the employee lifecycle.
  • Master of HR data accuracy and related systems.
  • Provide support and coverage to HR team members when applicable

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree and with minimum 5-8 years' experience in HR
  • Generalist-level understanding of HR practices
