Job Description


- Prepare an annual manpower planning and budget analysis and reconcile with users to ensure that manpower is appropriately available in accordance with job requirements and manpower planning budget.
- Implement, supervise, and evaluate the completeness and accuracy of data in the recruitment process.
- Negotiate and sign an offer letter with the candidate.
- Implement and evaluate new employee induction processes and monitor Job Training activities in the area for new employees during the probation/contract period so they are ready to carry out their new duties and responsibilities
- Implement, supervise, and evaluate employee remuneration systems related to payroll, overtime costs, meal allowances, work allowances as well as benefit programs
- Supervise the calculation of salary increases in accordance with government regulations and management decisions
- Create and check the incentive mechanism & review the incentive system regularly
- 'Ensures, examines, and supervises performance/competency evaluation activities and evaluation reports for all employees according to the evaluation timeline
- Checking and evaluating grade and position promotion proposals from all departments in accordance with the promotion policy and proposing employee promotions
- Plan, implement, and evaluate industrial relations strategies/ programs (including providing direction, resolving industrial relations disputes, renewing and re-registering company regulations, and other company policies) effectively and harmoniously in accordance with government regulations and take necessary actions in the event of a deviation.
- Coordinating annual training activities based on the training roadmap with departments
- Check, supervise, and evaluate training activities according to the training schedule
- Supervise training evaluation results
- Ensuring the updating of training data
- Manage the execution ofthe GHR project in accordance of the approved plan and all necessary adjustments to the GHR Policy.
- Implement, supervise, and evaluate HRIS data and maintain physical data is up-to-date and complete.
- Make edits to HR Internal rules and policies (law or internal changes)
- Prepare migration documents for foreign employees (working permits, invitations, visas)
- Residence registration and accommodating
- Plan, organize, implement,t and evaluate processes and activities in general affairs and office management, including employee travel and accommodation, procurement, employee equipment (IDs, company regulation books), etc.
- Monitors team performance and deliverables
- Provides constructive feedback on a regular basis, and encourages subordinates to provide the feedback to the manager
- Supports employee development in line with their skills and career aspirations
- Organizes and monitors the new employee onboarding
- Check and approve/reject work plans for each organization per year
- Check and approve/reject the revision of each organisation annual operational budget

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of HR work experience in the MNC industry
  • Experience in leading an organization and coaching peers.
  • The ability to understand the demand for personnel, consider recent employment trends, and formulate comprehensive manpower plans to efficiently manage personnel.
  • Ability to accommodate the requirements of members and labor unions, aligning them through negotiation to achieve mutual benefits in line with the company's policy direction.
  • Clearly understand fellow employees and efficiently convey one's thoughts using adequate communication channels and methods
  • Considerately understand other people's perspectives and show interest in their motivations, emotions, situations, etc.
  • Adequately apply and effectively distribute human and material resources by clarifying the priorities, activity sequences, and planning of projects/tasks
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
