We are seeking an experienced HR & GA Assistant Manager to join our HR team. This role combines strategic HR Business Partner responsibilities (85%) with General Affairs management (15%), supporting our organization's growth and operational excellence.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management (85%)

  • Strategic HR Business Partnership Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to assigned business units, providing strategic HR guidance and solutions Partner with line managers to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness Support implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives Facilitate performance management processes and talent development initiatives
  • People Operations & Compliance Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations Manage HR documentation and reporting Coordinate with Corporate HR on policy alignment and implementation
  • Employee Relations & Engagement Drive employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially. Facilitate effective internal communications Support workplace issue resolution and employee counselin.g Organize and execute employee events and welfare programs
  • HR Projects & Analytics Lead/support HR improvement projects. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making. Participate in cross-functional initiative.s Support change management processes



General Affairs (15%)

  • Oversee office facility management and maintenance. Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment. Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Supervise office security and cleaning services
  • Support workplace health and safety initiatives, Handle administrative matter,s and improve operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and HR practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Japanese language proficiency (Business level) Experience in office administration or general affairs HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
  • Experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies
  • Project management experience
