Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing HR insights and solutions.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation systems.
  • Prepare the payroll budget and forecast. Monitor the payroll expenses and suggest a contingency plan if variances are found.
  • Foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.



Corporate Social Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement CSR initiatives that align with company values and business objectives.
  • Promote ethical labor practices, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with CSR-related regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Advocate for environmentally sustainable workplace practices.



Office Administration:

  • Oversee general office operations, including insurance, supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement processes.
  • Support workplace safety initiatives and compliance with office regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Seasoned HR professional, preferably with experience in retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in CSR program development and implementation is a plus.
  • Office administration experience, including vendor management and budgeting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Innovative, open to new ideas and technologies.
  • Active listening, the ability to react to feedback and propose changes.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
