• 通路管理： 主要負責保養品牌在Momo平台上的銷售與經營，規劃並執行產品上架、促銷活動及內容優化。
• 業績目標達成： 訂定銷售目標，制定並執行達成目標的策略，定期追蹤業績數據及分析營運成果。

This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, building brand presence, and managing relationships with key stakeholders across various sales channels, including distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.

The District Manager plays a pivotal role in executing the Business strategy within the designated district, driving sales growth, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The role involves developing and implementing sales plans, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining relationships with KOLs. The DM will monitor market trends, assess competitor activity, and adjust strategies to capitalize on opportunities.

• Reports directly to the General Manager for Distributor Markets, APAC. This person will also work closely with the distributor partner locally, achieving revenue targets and driving excellent sales executions. In addition, this person will work with the marketing team based in Singapore, and with the regional and global teams, to define strategies required for growth
