• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement business strategies; support business goals and initiatives by ensuring relevant people capabilities and organizational effectiveness based on business understanding.

• The role of the HR Manager is to implement HR projects in Taiwan to further develop the current HR structure.

• The International Compensation team is involved in various aspects of day-to-day and seasonal compensation matters across all the markets in which the company currently has a presence.

The role leads a multi‑level global Employee Relations organization, setting enterprise‑wide ER standards, strategies, and risk‑governance frameworks to ensure labor‑management stability across regions. It also manages complex, high‑stakes ER issues while mentoring senior leaders, driving process improvement, and shaping ER strategy at the executive level.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and implement new sales and customer-related processes

• This role is critical in ensuring the efficient administrative, financial, and logistical operation of the Clinical Operations Department.
• The Coordinator/Associate Manager will serve as the primary internal contact for administrative processes and will manage documentation and procurement activities essential for clinical trials.
