Its corporate philosophy emphasizes creativity and long-term commitment to addressing global health challenges, with a presence in numerous countries worldwide.職務說明Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Management (85%)Strategic HR Business Partnership Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to assigned business units, providing strategic HR guidance and solutions Partner with line managers to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness Support implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives Facilitate performance management processes and talent development initiativesPeople Operations & Compliance Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations Manage HR documentation and reporting Coordinate with Corporate HR on policy alignment and implementationEmployee Relations & Engagement Drive employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially. Facilitate effective internal communications Support workplace issue resolution and employee counselin.g Organize and execute employee events and welfare programsHR Projects & Analytics Lead/support HR improvement projects. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making. Participate in cross-functional initiative.s Support change management processesGeneral Affairs (15%)Oversee office facility management and maintenance.
