This role will act as a senior financial business partner for supply chain and purchasing operations in Taiwan. The successful candidate will provide insights into cost analysis, forecasting, product pricing, and financial planning to support key manufacturing and sourcing decisions.

• Lead financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering across TW& HK markets, driving automation, profitability insights, and strategic plan through collaboration with cross team.
• Championed digital transformation and compliance by reporting tools, managing system transitions, enhancing internal controls.

• Lead the annual business plan and provide strategic decision-making support by conducting scenario analysis, reviewing business performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize resource management and drive business growth.
• Manage the FP&A team and oversee finance-driven projects to simplify processes, enhance portfolio management, and ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
