Job Description

  • Partner closely with the leadership as the key finance advisor, supporting operational and strategic decision-making across manufacturing activities
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting for the plant, with ownership of factory P&L and cash management
  • Drive product costing, margin analysis, capex planning, and productivity initiatives to improve operational efficiency and financial performance
  • Support manufacturing and supply chain teams on cost optimization, pricing analysis, and investment evaluation for new projects and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure accurate financial closing, reporting, accrual management, and compliance with internal controls and corporate policies
  • Collaborate with regional finance support teams and shared service functions to improve processes, resolve operational finance issues, and strengthen reporting accuracy
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations within a fast-paced multinational manufacturing environment

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing finance, plant controlling, or operational finance within a multinational manufacturing or semiconductor environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines; professional qualifications are a plus
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, costing, and performance analysis
  • Proven ability to partner closely with factory or operations leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Solid understanding of plant P&L management, product costing, inventory, cash flow, and manufacturing cost structures
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills, with experience working across ERP or shared service environments preferred
