Job Description

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to support business planning and management decision-making.
  • Prepare management reporting, P&L projections, and financial insights for local and regional stakeholders.
  • Oversee core finance activities, including accounting, tax, audit coordination, and balance sheet management.
  • Strengthen internal controls, corporate governance, and finance policies while ensuring alignment with local and group requirements.
  • Partner with regional finance and business teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Support the enhancement of accounting systems, SOPs, and reconciliation processes as the business continues to scale.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support strategic initiatives within a fast-growing international environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience across FP&A, accounting, financial control, or related finance functions.
  • Minimum 2 years of Big 4 experience, with a strong foundation in financial reporting, controls, and accounting.
  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Solid understanding of accounting, taxation, audit, and internal control requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to translate financial data into practical insights.
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate with local and regional stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial organization where priorities evolve quickly and ownership is highly valued.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines; professional accounting qualifications are advantageous.
