Job Description

  • Partner closely with the Business Unit Head and leadership team to drive business performance and profitability.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and business performance reviews.
  • Provide financial insights to support commercial decisions, investment evaluations, and growth initiatives.
  • Drive project, customer, and business profitability analysis while identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, project management, and service teams to improve financial and operational outcomes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of commercial and project finance professionals.
  • Support business transformation initiatives and continuous performance improvement programs.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Control, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Project Finance.
  • Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, automation, energy, infrastructure, or project-driven environments.
  • Strong business partnering capabilities and experience supporting senior business stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into business actions.
  • SAP experience is a must.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
