Job Description

  • Lead overall finance operations, reporting and financial planning activities
  • Partner with senior management to support strategic business decisions
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes
  • Deliver actionable financial insights to improve profitability and business outcomes
  • Strengthen financial governance, internal controls and risk management practices
  • Support manufacturing and operational stakeholders on business performance initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with accounting, tax and corporate regulatory requirements
  • Lead cash flow management and resource allocation planning
  • Participate in regional projects, process improvements and transformation initiatives
  • Manage, coach and develop the local finance team



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience within multinational organizations
  • Solid experience in Finance Controlling, FP&A and Business Partnering
  • Manufacturing, supply chain or operational finance exposure is a plus
  • Experience supporting both commercial and operational stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Able to operate effectively in a dynamic and matrix organization
