Job Description

  • Partner with the Global Business Finance team to support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while providing meaningful business insights.
  • Conduct financial analysis, monitor key performance indicators, and perform variance analysis to identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Support management with ad hoc financial modelling, business cases, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and governance standards across business operations.
  • Work closely with business partners to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and business performance.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and provide financial support for strategic business decisions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business finance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the semiconductor or chiemail industry is highly preferred, while candidates from other manufacturing sectors are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Proficient in financial systems and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions.
  • Fluent business English, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global organization.
