The HR Business Partner will be responsible for full function human resources management for retail staff in Taiwan
The Learning & Development Leader will report to Country HR Leader, looking after training program design & execution upon the performance in retail operations.
The role entails overseeing Taiwan's HR operations. The incumbent will collaborate with the HR head to devise and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business plan and strategic direction. This role will collaborate with the global HR team to execute corporate HR initiatives at the local level.
