We are looking for a Senior Retail Manager to lead and drive the performance of our department store retail network. This role will oversee 17 store managers, ensuring operational excellence, strong sales performance, and consistent brand experience across all locations.

This role is responsible for managing and growing key enterprise hardware accounts while driving new design-in opportunities with leading server OEMs and ODMs. The Key Account Manager will develop long-term customer strategies, strengthen executive-level relationships, and execute commercial initiatives to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

This role leads the global sales, channel development, and go‑to‑market execution for the company's own‑brand consumer charging products across multiple international regions. It carries full commercial ownership, including revenue growth, marketplace expansion, distributor performance, and leadership of a regional sales & marketing team.

Sales Lead is directly report to CEO and drive Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) strategy and accelerate growth across global e-commerce platforms. This role will focus on building strong marketplace presence (Amazon, eBay, and other online channels) while expanding export sales to key international markets, particularly the USA and Europe.
