The HR TA Supervisor oversees and manages the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes. They are responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, leading candidate sourcing efforts, and coordinating the hiring process to attract and retain top talent for the organization.
