• This role is responsible for leading strategic sourcing and procurement activities across key direct material categories, with a strong focus on packaging materials supporting manufacturing operations in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
• The successful candidate will drive end-to-end sourcing projects, supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement excellence while partnering closely with regional stakeholders.

This role leads end-to-end materials programme management, ensuring supply continuity, visibility, and readiness. You will drive allocation, reporting, NPI readiness, and logistics optimisation to support scalable production and business growth.

This role leads a regional operations centre, overseeing external partners to ensure materials and services are delivered with high efficiency, cost control, and service excellence. You will act as both a people leader and operational expert, driving continuous improvement and alignment across regional and global teams.

This role owns end‑to‑end global supply chain planning, covering demand forecasting, production planning, inventory optimisation, and material availability. You will work cross‑functionally to balance supply and demand, resolve shortages, and drive system and process improvements.

2. 此職位亦將參與流程改善、物流系統及3PL相關專案，協助提升物流效率、服務水準與營運穩定性。

• 此職位將全面負責台灣市場的 Customer Service 與 Logistics 營運，管理範圍涵蓋客戶訂單、倉儲配送、進出口作業及第三方物流夥伴。
• 除了確保服務、成本與營運指標達成，也將主導物流轉型、倉庫搬遷及系統整合等重要專案。

• 這是一個聚焦在間接採購的中高階職務，主要負責台灣與香港據點部分品類的採購作業，並完整執行從尋源、比價、議價到合約與供應商管理的流程。
• 此角色除了要能獨立推動採購策略，也需要熟悉系統操作與資料維護，適合已具採購實務、想往更成熟國際化採購平台發展的人選。

• 此職位將全面負責台灣市場的物流營運與成本管理，涵蓋3PL、倉儲、運輸、冷鏈配送、門市服務及物流績效改善。
• 除了帶領兩位團隊成員，也將主導3PL重新招標、倉庫搬遷及新物流中心建置等關鍵轉型專案。

• 此職位負責台灣眼視力保健事業的端到端物流營運，範圍涵蓋第三方倉儲、配送、進口運輸、貿易合規、服務績效及成本管理。
• 同時需要串聯外部物流供應商與內部商業團隊，強化合作關係，確保新品上市及市場活動期間的供應需求能被快速承接。

• 此職位將全面領導售後服務組織，統籌服務廠營運、技術支援、客戶服務、保固管理及授權維修網絡，並對整體營收、獲利、成本與服務品質負責。
