We are seeking an experienced customer service leader to oversee a regional team supporting customers across Taiwan and other locations within APAC. This role is responsible for service excellence, team development, operational performance, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.

此職位將負責台灣端的供應鏈日常營運，涵蓋進出口物流、國內配送、倉儲與庫存管理，以及部分在地採購與供應商協作。

角色亦需支援跨部門專案及一般行政事務，確保貨物流向、文件、成本與內部作業順利銜接。

1. 負責管理貨主端日常物流營運，涵蓋進貨、倉儲、庫存流轉、出貨配送、退貨及供應商帳務，並透過3PL與承運商管理，確保交付品質、成本及合規表現。
2. 此職位亦將參與流程改善、物流系統及3PL相關專案，協助提升物流效率、服務水準與營運穩定性。

• 此職位將全面負責台灣市場的 Customer Service 與 Logistics 營運，管理範圍涵蓋客戶訂單、倉儲配送、進出口作業及第三方物流夥伴。
• 除了確保服務、成本與營運指標達成，也將主導物流轉型、倉庫搬遷及系統整合等重要專案。

• 此採購經理將帶領3至4人的採購團隊，全面管理直接與間接採購品類，範圍涵蓋原物料、包裝材料、行銷與商業服務、物流及其他間接支出。
