總經理職務

The Sales and Marketing Head is report to GM and lead sales and marketing team. As a key member of the leadership team, this role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and elevating brand presence across Taiwan and beyond.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business development and account management across the Americas and European regions in the networking and IoT sectors. The role requires proven success in OEM/ODM sales, with a focus on developing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.

The Head of Sales - APAC will lead sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and revenue across the region. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader looking to make a significant impact in the electronics/industrial/manufacturing industry.

The National Sales Manager will report to Sales Director and oversee all the Modern Trade as well as lead a sizeable sales team in Taiwan.

The BU Head serves as a strategic business leader, overseeing the implementation and execution of organizational strategies within a defined geographic region. This role is accountable for driving the growth, retention, and acquisition of sales and service operations.

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and brand performance in department stores across the region. You will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, build strong retail partnerships, and ensure premium brand is optimally positioned to win in a competitive retail environment.

• We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function in Taiwan.
• This role will partner closely with the General Manager and regional HR teams to develop and implement people strategies that support business growth, employee engagement, and compliance.

Support the General Manager in achieving the company's annual financial targets and strengthening the brand image through key performance metrics, including same-store sales and transaction growth, market share, product layer performance, brand preference, and team development, etc

• This position is responsible for Taiwan's HR operation and all HR functions. The role will support GM to develop and execute HR strategy, which is in line with the overall business plan and the strategic direction of the organization.
