We are seeking an experienced Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to lead commercial excellence initiatives across the organization. This role will drive sales performance through strategic planning, process optimization, data-driven insights, incentive design, and capability development.

This leadership role will establish and scale a new mass spectrometry and multi-omics diagnostics platform, covering strategy, technology, commercialization, and team development. The successful candidate will bridge scientific innovation and business growth to build a next-generation precision diagnostics business.

• In this role, you will sharpen your HR operations and EHS capabilities while partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple Asia Pacific markets.
• You'll serve as a key coordinator between local business needs and global corporate standards, helping to build a culture of safety and operational excellence.
