The Area Sales Manager drives hospital adoption, builds long-term partnerships with surgeons and administrators, and delivers strategic sales execution in a fast-evolving MedTech landscape.

This role leads the MedTech business in Taiwan, driving profitable growth through strategic leadership, commercial excellence, and organizational development. The position reports directly to the Cluster overseeing Hong Kong, Taiwan, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore.

The position will drive sales alignment, commercial excellence, and organizational capability across Taiwan market. This role partners with regional and country leadership to scale commercialization strategies, accelerate growth, strengthen sales execution, and uphold company's standards of excellence. The position requires strategic planning, sales enablement, leadership development, and performance optimization across multiple business units.

• We are seeking an experienced HR & GA Assistant Manager to join our HR team. This role combines strategic HR Business Partner responsibilities (85%) with General Affairs management (15%), supporting our organization's growth and operational excellence.

• This role serves as a key liaison across Sales, Finance, Global Logistics, RAQA, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth order processing, import/export activities, warehouse operations, and customer communication.
• The position manages daily logistics execution, SAP transactions, customer inquiries, and continuous improvement initiatives to support high-quality service delivery across the region.
