This role leads FP&A for the Taiwan business with a strong focus on commercial finance, operations, and cross-functional business partnering. You will work closely with multiple functions to translate financial insights into actions that drive revenue, improve execution, and support strategic decisions.

職務說明



Daily Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to support day-to-day business decisions
  • Provide financial insights on pricing, promotions, product mix, and channel performance
  • Monitor business performance and identify risks and opportunities through rolling forecasts
  • Deliver clear and concise analysis to support management decision-making
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations
  • Integrate external market trends and data into internal performance analysis
  • Drive improvements in planning, reporting, and system processes to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on targets and execution plans



Leadership & Impact

  • Lead and develop a team of 3, strengthening both technical and commercial capabilities
  • Act as a key finance partner across functions, influencing decisions beyond finance
  • Drive a strong commercial mindset within the FP&A team and the wider business
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term direction of the company
  • Promote collaboration across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Continuously improve ways of working, tools, and processes to support business growth

Ideal Profile

  • Over 8 years of FP&A experience in FMCG or Retail environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven business partnering experience
  • Hands-on experience supporting Sales / non-finance stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and financial processes
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to simplify complex data
  • Experience with planning systems (SAP preferred)
  • Fluent English required
  • Hands-on experience with process improvement or automation initiatives (e.g., reporting automation, planning optimization)
