Lead, support and deliver strategic consulting engagements with top financial institutions, delivering data-driven solutions that drive growth, digital transformation, and customer engagement. This role combines insights, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to shape the future of payments and transformation in Taiwan.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients while mapping out vertical markets to position yourself as a subject matter expert.
• Share market insights across teams and ensure accurate tracking in the CRM to support effective recruitment and reporting.

The BU Head serves as a strategic business leader, overseeing the implementation and execution of organizational strategies within a defined geographic region. This role is accountable for driving the growth, retention, and acquisition of sales and service operations.

• This role will support all company's business units and functions based in the Taiwan Commercial team, working in a matrix organization with the SEAT aligned Regional and LOC HRBPs and People Services. You will be expected to work in partnership with the Commercial and functional senior stakeholders, HR teams, and local markets in response to business needs and deliver positive employee experience.
