As the Marketing Associate Director, you will lead a cross-functional marketing squad to define and deliver strategic ambitions for the assigned Disease Area. You are accountable for translating business objectives into impactful strategies and execution, ensuring alignment with affiliate priorities and portfolio direction.

This role leads AI server and data center power architecture strategy, serving as the senior technical authority on high‑power PSU, power shelf, and system‑level designs. The position is highly client‑facing, influencing customer platforms, internal roadmaps, and executive technology decisions.

The Brand Head will lead the overall strategy, operations, and growth of a premium skincare brand in Taiwan. This role is responsible for driving brand equity, market share, and profitability while ensuring an exceptional consumer experience.
