They operate globally with strong engineering expertise and a commitment to innovation and quality across diverse industries.職務說明Design innovative connector concepts aligned with product strategy and market needs.Work closely with customers to capture functional and technical requirements.Coordinate with global R&D teams across US, Germany, Shanghai, and India.Evaluate feasibility, manufacturability, and quality during early design stages.Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Quality, and other stakeholders.理想的應徵者Degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or related field.Solid experience in connector or related product design.Strong technical knowledge in materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly.Proficient in CAD tools, Siemens NX is prefered.
