This role offers the opportunity to drive product innovation, advanced manufacturing technologies, and next-generation thermal management platforms from concept to commercialization.

This role is responsible for designing and developing advanced liquid cooling solutions (e.g. fluid connectors, QD) for enterprise hardware applications while ensuring performance, cost, and timeline targets. You will work across concept development, simulation, and product launch, collaborating closely with customers and cross-functional teams.

This role leads the end-to-end development of socket, high-speed connector, and cable assembly products, from customer requirements to production release. You will drive design, validation, and qualification while collaborating closely with customers, sales, and global manufacturing teams.
