Job Description

  • 負責 IPC、交換機及 Router 產品的散熱設計與熱流分析，並確保生產順利與產品品質。
  • 協同研究開發新散熱技術，並參與評估量產可行性。協助團隊執行產品開發流程改善及技術精進活動。
  • 運用 FloTHERM 進行熱模擬並提出設計改善方案。
  • Thermal Module Design and Manufacturing Facilitation
  • 與電子、機構協同合作3D建圖，設計工業級系統產品（-40C ~ 85C）
  • 執行溫度量測實驗、驗證測試與失效問題分析。
  • 系統溫度分佈、功耗分佈實驗，與溫度數據資料庫維護。
  • 支援產品於高溫、沙漠等極端氣候環境下的散熱驗證與設計優化。
  • 各工業領域（軌道交通、海事、電力）法規與實際運用之研究發展（Research & Development）

The Successful Applicant

  • 具備 8 至 10 年以上熱設計、散熱分析或相關工作經驗。
  • 熟悉熱力學、流體力學與熱傳學等工程理論。
  • 具有 FloTHERM 操作經驗，能獨立完成熱流模擬分析。
  • 熟悉 Creo 或 AutoCAD 等設計工具，並具備系統整合概念。
  • 具 PC 或網路設備產業經驗，並具備基礎英文溝通能力（TOEIC 550 以上尤佳）。
