This role is responsible for designing and developing advanced liquid cooling solutions (e.g. fluid connectors, QD) for enterprise hardware applications while ensuring performance, cost, and timeline targets. You will work across concept development, simulation, and product launch, collaborating closely with customers and cross-functional teams.

Job Description

  • Develop and define customer specifications for thermal and liquid cooling systems
  • Design, simulate, and optimize cooling solutions to meet performance targets
  • Lead technical program activities including DFMEA, testing plans, and documentation
  • Collaborate with customers through design reviews and technical presentations
  • Support product launch, manufacturing, and post-launch engineering activities

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Strong experience in liquid cooling, thermal, or flow-related product design

Solid understanding of simulation, CAD tools, and product development processes

Experience working with cross-functional teams and customer-facing projects

Proactive, adaptable, and able to drive projects with minimal supervision
