Job Description

  • 負責風扇與馬達產品的機構設計，以及可靠度與壽命評估工作。
  • 執行風扇PQ、噪音與振動等性能測試，並進行數據分析與優化。
  • 與跨功能團隊合作進行風扇選型、風量設計及系統效能改善。
  • 參與產品由Prototype至量產導入的完整產品開發流程。
  • 撰寫測試規範、驗證計畫與技術文件，並與客戶及供應商進行技術溝通。

The Successful Applicant

  • 3年以上Motor、Fan Control或相關散熱系統產品開發經驗。
  • 英文／初級商業溝通能力。
  • 電機電子相關科系畢業者。
  • 具備良好的跨部門合作能力、問題解決能力及適應力。

Preferred Qualifications

  • 消費性電子產品經驗者尤佳（Wearable 或 Mobile）
  • BLDC或高效能小型風扇／馬達設計經驗
  • 曾參與新產品開發（NPI）流程
