Commercial Leadership & P&L OwnershipOwn and deliver annual revenue, profit, and market share targets across all traditional retail channelsDrive sustainable growth while optimizing margin and channel mixDevelop short-term execution plans and long-term growth strategies2. Channel & Route-to-Market StrategyDefine and optimize route-to-market (RTM) strategy across different retail formatsDevelop channel-specific strategies (e.g., hypermarkets, supermarkets, club, traditional)Identify growth opportunities across product portfolio, pricing, and distribution3. Key Account ManagementBuild and manage strategic relationships with major retail partnersLead annual negotiations and Joint Business Planning (JBP)Drive category growth with key customers through data-driven insights4.
