  In this business-critical role, you will be a trusted partner to the business responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies for Taiwan in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational and performance management, training and development, and rewards management.

This HR role involves managing comprehensive HR functions, including strategy alignment, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The successful candidate will act as a key partner to local leadership and global HQ, ensuring HR policies and systems are effectively implemented and aligned with business goals.

• The International Compensation team is involved in various aspects of day-to-day and seasonal compensation matters across all the markets in which the company currently has a presence.

This role focuses on driving end-to-end recruitment efforts, including talent sourcing, interview coordination, and optimizing hiring strategies to meet organizational goals. It also involves collaborating with leadership, managing employer branding initiatives, and organizing recruitment events to attract top talent.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to source and hire qualified candidates while optimizing recruitment processes. This role requires a proactive professional with strong communication skills and the ability to engage passive candidates globally, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
