- We are seeking an experienced Senior Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing and supplier management initiatives across a global supply chain network.- This role is responsible for optimizing supplier performance, delivering cost efficiencies, mitigating risk, and fostering innovation through strategic supplier partnerships.

• This role is responsible for leading strategic sourcing and procurement activities across key direct material categories, with a strong focus on packaging materials supporting manufacturing operations in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
• The successful candidate will drive end-to-end sourcing projects, supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement excellence while partnering closely with regional stakeholders.

This role leads Taiwan's demand planning and S&OP processes across a diverse scientific product portfolio, ensuring accurate forecasts and reliable product availability for customers in research, healthcare, biotech, and advanced manufacturing.

It requires strong analytical capability, cross-functional influence, and the ability to align commercial, financial, and global supply chain perspectives into an integrated demand outlook.

• 此職位將全面負責台灣市場端到端供應鏈管理，涵蓋需求預測、供應規劃、庫存治理、物流配送及供應鏈損耗改善。
• 除了維持既有實體通路的穩定營運，也將參與電商、官網及新品牌導入等新商業模式的供應鏈建置。

1. 負責管理貨主端日常物流營運，涵蓋進貨、倉儲、庫存流轉、出貨配送、退貨及供應商帳務，並透過3PL與承運商管理，確保交付品質、成本及合規表現。
2. 此職位亦將參與流程改善、物流系統及3PL相關專案，協助提升物流效率、服務水準與營運穩定性。

• 此職位將全面負責台灣市場的 Customer Service 與 Logistics 營運，管理範圍涵蓋客戶訂單、倉儲配送、進出口作業及第三方物流夥伴。
• 除了確保服務、成本與營運指標達成，也將主導物流轉型、倉庫搬遷及系統整合等重要專案。

• 此採購經理將帶領3至4人的採購團隊，全面管理直接與間接採購品類，範圍涵蓋原物料、包裝材料、行銷與商業服務、物流及其他間接支出。
• 此職位將負責制定品類採購策略、優化成本與供應商績效、確保供應穩定，並將區域及全球採購策略有效落實於台灣市場。

• 此職位將全面負責台灣市場的物流營運與成本管理，涵蓋3PL、倉儲、運輸、冷鏈配送、門市服務及物流績效改善。
• 除了帶領兩位團隊成員，也將主導3PL重新招標、倉庫搬遷及新物流中心建置等關鍵轉型專案。

• 此職位負責台灣眼視力保健事業的端到端物流營運，範圍涵蓋第三方倉儲、配送、進口運輸、貿易合規、服務績效及成本管理。
• 同時需要串聯外部物流供應商與內部商業團隊，強化合作關係，確保新品上市及市場活動期間的供應需求能被快速承接。
