The Sr. HRBP will play a strategic role in aligning human resources practices with business objectives within the industrial and manufacturing sector. This position requires expertise in HR strategies to drive organizational growth and employee engagement in the Taipei location.

• In this role, you will sharpen your HR operations and EHS capabilities while partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple Asia Pacific markets.
• You'll serve as a key coordinator between local business needs and global corporate standards, helping to build a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

* Plan and execute HR strategies and programs that support Retail business objectives by attracting, retaining and developing a high-performance team

* Provide HR leadership and business partner service to retail team to create consistent employee experience

You will lead regional HR process improvement initiatives, partner with country HR teams to ensure execution excellence, and leverage data and technology to drive automation and insights. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.

• The role of the HR Manager is to implement HR projects in Taiwan to further develop the current HR structure.
• Due to the high growth and the increased requirements to position the company well in terms of HR, further topics are implemented in addition to the day-to-day business to support the corporate strategy.

The role leads a multi‑level global Employee Relations organization, setting enterprise‑wide ER standards, strategies, and risk‑governance frameworks to ensure labor‑management stability across regions.
