• This role is responsible for leading strategic sourcing and procurement activities across key direct material categories, with a strong focus on packaging materials supporting manufacturing operations in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
• The successful candidate will drive end-to-end sourcing projects, supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement excellence while partnering closely with regional stakeholders.

This role partners closely with the CEO to drive alignment, execution, and decision-making across R&D teams. The position focuses on ensuring key initiatives progress effectively by resolving cross-functional gaps and improving organizational clarity.

This role owns end‑to‑end global supply chain planning, covering demand forecasting, production planning, inventory optimisation, and material availability. You will work cross‑functionally to balance supply and demand, resolve shortages, and drive system and process improvements.

This role serves as a key partner to the President, supporting daily operations, managing schedules, and coordinating across functions. In addition, the role will support compliance-related activities to ensure smooth operations and alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Leads all financial, accounting, and control functions for a large property within Asia, providing strategic insight, strong governance, and commercial leadership to drive sustainable profitability.
