Job Description

  • Act as the primary IT point of contact in Taiwan
  • Oversee daily IT operations across office and retail stores
  • Coordinate with regional / HQ teams on IT governance and standards
  • Manage vendors and outsourced store IT support
  • Handle incident management, escalation, and end-user support
  • Maintain infrastructure, network, and endpoint environments
  • Support IT initiatives such as POS upgrade and internal systems

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years in IT infrastructure / IT operations / EUC
  • Experience in retail / multi-site / multinational environments preferred
  • Strong hands-on capability (network / endpoint / infra support)
  • Vendor management and stakeholder coordination experience
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems under constraints
  • Business-level English for regional communication
