Job Description

  • Lead thermal design and optimization for air- and liquid-cooled products
  • Perform simulation, validation, and correlation for thermal performance
  • Drive thermal architecture and influence overall product design
  • Develop validation strategies and present technical insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and supplier teams

The Successful Applicant

You are a thermal engineering expert with solid experience in high-power electronics and a strong background in both air-cooling and liquid-cooling design. You are comfortable leading technical discussions, mentoring others, and working in global environments. With hands-on knowledge in cooling technologies and CAD tools, you bring both depth and leadership to complex engineering challenges.
