Job Description



1. Commercial Leadership & P&L Ownership

  • Own and deliver annual revenue, profit, and market share targets across all traditional retail channels
  • Drive sustainable growth while optimizing margin and channel mix
  • Develop short-term execution plans and long-term growth strategies



2. Channel & Route-to-Market Strategy

  • Define and optimize route-to-market (RTM) strategy across different retail formats
  • Develop channel-specific strategies (e.g., hypermarkets, supermarkets, club, traditional)
  • Identify growth opportunities across product portfolio, pricing, and distribution



3. Key Account Management

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with major retail partners
  • Lead annual negotiations and Joint Business Planning (JBP)
  • Drive category growth with key customers through data-driven insights



4. Team Leadership & Organization Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization (Key Account, Field Sales, Trade Marketing)
  • Set clear KPIs and performance management systems
  • Build a strong talent pipeline and succession planning

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in multinational companies (FMCG, consumer goods, durable goods, or related industries)
  • Exposure to omnichannel or e-commerce integration is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in driving business transformation or turnaround
