About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in Food & Beverage category. They are well-known for its diverse portfolio of high-quality Food & Beverage products. They are now looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee one of their important categories in Taiwan.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and annual business plans to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and sales growth.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize marketing budgets, campaigns, and resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Define project timelines and milestones, continuously monitor progress, and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, cross-functional teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment and gather feedback before and after campaigns.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to develop innovative initiatives and communication strategies that support mid- to long-term portfolio growth.
  • Work closely with sales and trade marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans across all channels, including below-the-line (BTL) and last-mile activities.
  • Develop team capabilities by providing coaching, guidance, and motivation to ensure achievement of individual and team objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years solid marketing management experience in well-known FMCG companies
  • Proven experience in people management and leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to execute effectively.
  • Extensive experience managing diverse product portfolios.
  • Highly driven, accountable, and equipped with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid analytical and project management capabilities.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to generate impactful ideas.
  • Strong influencing as well as stakeholders management skills
