Job Description

  • Lead and develop the marketing team: Build, coach, and performance‑manage a high‑performing team of Product Managers
  • Define and execute marketing strategy: Develop and deliver local marketing strategies aligned with BUD, Medical Affairs, and regional/global priorities
  • Drive commercial performance: Own franchise P&L contribution and translate strategy into actionable plans that drive brand growth
  • Ensure marketing operational excellence: Oversee campaign planning, launch readiness, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking
  • Partner across functions: Act as the primary marketing lead collaborating with Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, and Legal teams
  • Strengthen marketing capabilities and governance: Enhance processes, analytics, and decision‑making to improve speed, quality, and compliance
  • Represent marketing to leadership: Communicate plans, results, and risks to senior stakeholders and ensure full regulatory compliance

The Successful Applicant

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field with 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience; oncology or specialty care experience preferred
  • Proven Marketing Leader: Demonstrated success leading and developing Product Managers and managing brands across the full product lifecycle, including high‑value portfolios
  • Strong Commercial Acumen: Track record of translating strategy into measurable commercial results with clear P&L accountability
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinker: Comfortable using data, insights, and KPIs to drive decision‑making and performance optimization
  • Cross‑Functional Influencer: Extensive experience partnering with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, and Legal teams to deliver aligned execution
  • Effective People Leader: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and build high‑performing teams with strong accountability and ownership
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin; able to influence senior stakeholders
  • High Integrity & Compliance Mindset: Solid understanding of local pharmaceutical regulations and strong commitment to ethical, compliant marketing practices
  • Execution‑Focused Leader: Results‑oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑changing environment
