Head of Finance | Consumer Industry

This is a strategic Head of Finance role within a well-established consumer business, responsible for leading full-spectrum finance operations while acting as a trusted advisor to regional and global stakeholders. The role requires strong hands-on capability combined with a business-oriented mindset.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and ensure IFRS compliance
• Oversee financial reporting, management accounting, and statutory requirements
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and mid-to-long term planning cycles
• Act as a business partner to GM and global/regional finance leaders
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships
• Liaise with auditors, investors, and external stakeholders
• Lead finance transformation initiatives (process improvement, system enhancement, governance)
• Conduct cost analysis and provide strategic recommendations for efficiency improvement
• Support cross-functional and regional projects with strong stakeholder management
