職務說明

Strategic Business Analytics



  • Translate complex business questions into data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations.


  • Identify growth opportunities across pricing, promotions, merchant performance, and customer behavior.


  • Support leadership with strategic insights to drive commercial performance.



BI & Data Infrastructure



  • Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytics tools.


  • Ensure reliable data pipelines and scalable reporting infrastructure in collaboration with data engineering teams.


  • Promote best practices in data governance and reporting standards.



Performance Management



  • Design and manage performance tracking frameworks for commercial KPIs.


  • Deliver regular insights on business trends, operational efficiency, and revenue drivers.


  • Develop predictive and diagnostic models to improve decision-making.

  • Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital platform environments is required.


  • Proven track record of driving data initiatives that translate into real business impact.


  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).


  • Experience working with large datasets and complex business environments.


  • Demonstrated experience leading analytics teams.
