As Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as a true business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, representing finance at the highest level while leading a ~30‑person global finance organization.

You will operate in a structure where:

  • Governance, audit, and compliance functions are independent and strong
  • Core finance and accounting leaders are experienced, respected, and stable
  • The CFO's impact comes from strategic clarity, influence, and alignment, not micromanagement

職務說明



Strategic Finance & Leadership

  • Act as the primary financial advisor to the CEO and executive team
  • Shape long‑term financial strategy aligned with global expansion and technology roadmap
  • Translate financial insights into clear, actionable business decisions



Global Operations & Governance

  • Oversee global finance operations across Asia, Europe, and the Americas
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and capital allocation
  • Partner effectively with independent audit, risk, and governance bodies



Business Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic counterpart to regional leaders, sales, operations, and R&D
  • Balance financial discipline with flexibility in a technology‑driven manufacturing environment
  • Provide financial leadership across product lifecycle, supply chain, and investment planning



Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and inspire a ~30‑member global finance organization
  • Work collaboratively with long‑tenured finance and accounting leaders, earning trust through expertise
  • Build succession, strengthen cross‑regional collaboration, and raise organizational capability

Experience & Background

  • 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
  • Proven track record in technology manufacturing, industrial technology, semiconductors, or B2B technology
  • Hands‑on experience managing global finance operations across Asia and either Europe or the Americas
  • Career progression such as Deputy CFO, Group Finance Director, Regional Finance Head, or CFO‑1



Technical & Business Depth

  • Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, internal controls, and governance
  • Strong exposure to international operations, tax, transfer pricing, and cross‑border structures
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders beyond finance



Leadership Style

  • Comfortable leading highly experienced teams without relying on hierarchy
  • Respected for judgment, clarity, and consistency
  • Able to balance structure with pragmatism in a complex, global organization
