This is a strategic marketing role focused on promoting integrated drug discovery services across the Asian market. You'll lead regional campaigns, generate qualified leads, and collaborate with global teams to drive brand visibility and commercial growth.

As a key member of the Taiwan Leadership Team, the Marketing Head plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives in close collaboration with regional and global counterparts. This role is instrumental in strengthening customer relationships, driving sales growth, and enhancing brand equity. The position also leads and empowers the local Marketing team, fostering excellence within a dynamic matrix organization.

Lead the strategic development and execution of business plans for the Specialty Care portfolio, including rare diseases and CMV. Ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing strategies across functions. Drive commercial success through effective resource allocation, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement, while being fully accountable for operational performance and sales outcomes.

This role is responsible for leading commercial operations in the Rheumatology space, driving strategic planning, financial performance, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong track record in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, capable of delivering patient-centric solutions and business growth.
