The HR Manager in the retail industry will oversee all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to support the company's workforce and business objectives.

• The role of the HR Manager is to implement HR projects in Taiwan to further develop the current HR structure.
• Due to the high growth and the increased requirements to position the company well in terms of HR, further topics are implemented in addition to the day-to-day business to support the corporate strategy.

• Sustain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation model with people-related contracting agencies.
• Act as HR investigator to hold employee accountable and complied with both internal and external procedures and policies.
• Manage the accuracy and consistency in end-to-end payroll processes with the cooperation with vendor.

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement business strategies; support business goals and initiatives by ensuring relevant people capabilities and organizational effectiveness based on business understanding.
