• The role of the HR Manager is to implement HR projects in Taiwan to further develop the current HR structure.
• Due to the high growth and the increased requirements to position the company well in terms of HR, further topics are implemented in addition to the day-to-day business to support the corporate strategy.

• In this role, you will sharpen your HR operations and EHS capabilities while partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple Asia Pacific markets.
• You'll serve as a key coordinator between local business needs and global corporate standards, helping to build a culture of safety and operational excellence.

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement business strategies; support business goals and initiatives by ensuring relevant people capabilities and organizational effectiveness based on business understanding.

Act as HRBP for factory to deploy HR initiatives to develop the organizational capability, talent pipeline and provide consultancy to drive the changes.

The role leads a multi‑level global Employee Relations organization, setting enterprise‑wide ER standards, strategies, and risk‑governance frameworks to ensure labor‑management stability across regions. It also manages complex, high‑stakes ER issues while mentoring senior leaders, driving process improvement, and shaping ER strategy at the executive level.

• We are seeking an experienced HR & GA Assistant Manager to join our HR team. This role combines strategic HR Business Partner responsibilities (85%) with General Affairs management (15%), supporting our organization's growth and operational excellence.
