• This role will support all company's business units and functions based in the Taiwan Commercial team, working in a matrix organization with the SEAT aligned Regional and LOC HRBPs and People Services. You will be expected to work in partnership with the Commercial and functional senior stakeholders, HR teams, and local markets in response to business needs and deliver positive employee experience.

• The position holder is to collaborate with business leaders in Taiwan and responsible for business's full spectrum of HR functional operation, including recruiting and selection, compensation and benefits, talent development, performance management, office administration, labor legislation, legal compliance and other HR matters that aligns with Corporate policies and values.

• Sustain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation model with people-related contracting agencies.
• Act as HR investigator to hold employee accountable and complied with both internal and external procedures and policies.
• Manage the accuracy and consistency in end-to-end payroll processes with the cooperation with vendor.

• The role of the HR Manager is to implement HR projects in Taiwan to further develop the current HR structure.
• Due to the high growth and the increased requirements to position the company well in terms of HR, further topics are implemented in addition to the day-to-day business to support the corporate strategy.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing HR insights and solutions
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.

  This position is based in Taiwan and reports directly to Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner, HK, Macau & Taiwan and dotted line reports to the Managing Director of Taiwan.
