This leadership role owns the global Server Power business, driving market expansion, strategic customer engagement, revenue growth, and profitability across hyperscalers, ODMs, and system integrators. The position leads cross-functional teams from business development through NPI and mass production, ensuring successful delivery of next-generation power solutions for AI servers and data center infrastructure.

The General Manager is fully responsible for operational management, performance delivery, and organizational development of the Taiwan market. This role serves as the core bridge between headquarters and the Taiwan team, ensuring effective implementation of brand strategy in the local market.

This role will lead the Power Business Unit with full accountability for strategy, operations, and financial performance. The BU Head will drive growth in AI server and data center markets while positioning power solutions as a key component of integrated infrastructure offerings.

This role is responsible for end-to-end management of the overseas keyboard business, including strategy, operations, and revenue growth. The BU General Manager will lead customer development efforts while ensuring strong execution across supply chain, sales, and delivery.

The MD will spearhead the end‑to‑end operating agenda for a diversified conglomerate. The mandate covers portfolio performance, cost leadership, and disciplined growth, with accountability for cross‑border M&A integration, greenfield delivery, and asset optimization. The executive will be the primary catalyst for operating standardization, reliability, and expansion across multiple Asian jurisdictions.
