• This position is responsible for Taiwan's HR operation and all HR functions. The role will support GM to develop and execute HR strategy, which is in line with the overall business plan and the strategic direction of the organization.
• The major responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, retention and development, organizational culture cultivation, and corporate image build up.

• The role of the HR Manager is to implement HR projects in Taiwan to further develop the current HR structure.
• Due to the high growth and the increased requirements to position the company well in terms of HR, further topics are implemented in addition to the day-to-day business to support the corporate strategy.

• Work closely with the Retail Director to proactively support the management of HR & Admin-related issues and provide and implement HR strategies into the business.

  This position is based in Taiwan and reports directly to Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner, HK, Macau & Taiwan and dotted line reports to the Managing Director of Taiwan.

  The job holder should plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and employees of the HR department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.

• This role will support all company's business units and functions based in the Taiwan Commercial team, working in a matrix organization with the SEAT aligned Regional and LOC HRBPs and People Services. You will be expected to work in partnership with the Commercial and functional senior stakeholders, HR teams, and local markets in response to business needs and deliver positive employee experience.

• To support the strategic talent management process (acquisition, development, planning and recognition / rewards) of Taichung Plant.
