• The International Compensation team is involved in various aspects of day-to-day and seasonal compensation matters across all the markets in which the company currently has a presence.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to source and hire qualified candidates while optimizing recruitment processes. This role requires a proactive professional with strong communication skills and the ability to engage passive candidates globally, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance talent acquisition efforts.

• Support the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
