• As Finance Controller, you will lead the full spectrum of finance operations, including accounting, reporting, internal controls, treasury, tax, and compliance, while managing a team of two professionals. You will also act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, driving budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and business insights to support commercial decision-making and business growth

As a key member of the plant leadership team, this individual will partner closely with operations, engineering, product and supply-chain stakeholders. The position will provide financial and commercial insight to improve cost competitiveness, operational performance, investment decisions and long-term value creation.
